Rules & Regulation Information for Barewood & Lakeshore

 

Room Rate Information


Add $10.00 per additional adult beyond 2

Our lakeshore rooms feature two queen beds (maximum 4 people unless requested and approved by office)

Our Barewood rooms feature single queens (maximum 2 people, unless requested and approved by office)

Rates are subject to change without prior notice.

Reservation / cancellation policy

Minimum 3 days cancellation notice is required

No charge will be applied if cancellations take place within our policy time frame
If canceled outside our policy, full amount of reservation will be charged



Minimum 5 day cancellation notice require on group bookings and for all major holidays including long weekends and special events (Whiskey Flat, Rod Run & others)

Third party payment arrangement a Credit Card Authorization is required, Please call us for more information about this process.

Check-In Information

Daily check in time: 3:00 pm-9:00pm | check out time: 11:00 am

Check-In Location: Barewood Inn & Suites: 7013 Wofford Blvd. Wofford Heights, CA. 


There are no refunds for early check outs

Early check-in must be called into the office and approved

Late Check-Out must be approved by office and guests can remain no longer than 12pm

No cash payments without prior approval. Credit cards only. Lost Key Charge is $ 10.

Disruption/Noise

 11am is a respective local noise ordinance and allows our guests time for a peaceful nights sleep.

 

We have a no tolerance policy for disruptive/noisy guests. Any disruptive guest will be asked to leave immediately without a refund.

 

Refusal to leave will result in a call to the sheriff's office. 

Smoking Policy

Both of our locations are non-smoking facilities. Please do not smoke anything inside of the rooms.

 

There are designated ashtrays outside the rooms. Smoking inside hotel room will result in $ 200 cleaning fee.

   Pet Policy

We welcome pets. A $10 charge/night is added for any pet staying with the guest. Two pets maximum.

 

Guest must disclose a pet at the time of making reservation or result in a $100 cleaning fee for an unauthorized pet.

Guest must provide a valid credit card. 

Here are some guidelines which a guest must follow in order to experience a comfortable/enjoyable stay.

Pets are to be crated inside the room if a guest leaves. Pets may not be left unattended for more than 2 hrs. 

We ask that guests please leash their pets when needed. Especially if other guests have pets around.

Please clean up after your pet, there are several waste bins around the property for proper disposal. 

Damages caused by pet to hotel room or suite, its furnishings, or any other part of the hotel will be sole responsibility of the guest.

Guest understand that their account will be charged commensurate to the cost of such damages. Guest suite is subject to damage inspection at any time and upon checkout.

If motel management receives more than 2 (two) complaints, alternative arrangements must be made for pet.
